4hr visit - incorporating a school assembly as well as masterclass sessions for as many students as possible
Masterclass sessions include warm up exercises, sprint drills, sprint starts, hurdling
Sessions will be energetic and fun, getting students excited about athletics
Show and tell section where students have the opportunity to see the medals up close and ask more questions
Multiple sessions with different classes

A speech discussing Dai’s journey through his career from playground enthusiast to becoming a World Champion
Speeches can be tailored to fit the event, the audience and the key messages of the occasion
